The cooking surface features 8 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 160,000 BTU. The 20,000 BTU dual-ring burners are perfect for boiling or searing and can also handle tasks like melting chocolate or simmering sauces. Continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates allow for easy sliding of pots or pans off heat when desired. The two ovens have a combined capacity of 6.58 cu.ft. and boast a total output of 9,700 Watts, providing ample power for baking, roasting, and broiling. The blue enamel interiors make cleaning a breeze, while the 3-layer glass oven door window provides both heat retention and an unobstructed view. The right-side oven features a true convection fan function.
